Delivery Information

1) No Returns after 15 days. Exchanges only.

2) Returned items must be in original, new condition with all tags and packaging attached properly.

3) A 15% Restocking fee maybe charged on returns on Saddles or other merchandise which is temporarily out of stock and needs to be special ordered.

4) Undergarments and safety helmets may not be returned.

5) Please contact us by e-mail to request an authorization before returning any merchandise. A refund or exchange will be given unless, the merchandise seems to be defective in which case authorization from the manufacture will be required.

6) Some restrictions apply-

Depending on size and  weight of products additional shipping charges may apply.

English Saddles- add $40.00

Western Saddles- add $50.00
